ETBA Sponsors Local Certification Exam The ETBA Board approved a measure that would allow members to take the ICC Certification exam for CBET, CRES or CLES Certification locally. ETBA will pay the $250.00 Special Test Center Fee to bring the exam to East Tennessee. When six (6) or more members have signed up for the certification exam, paid their exam fees and have received a testing date, ETBA will write for a local exam test site. Please note: ETBA must have nine (9) weeks advance notice to obtain a local test site
